Yodean Decor produces the raw base paper from our factory- Runkai, we can produce 30gsm, 31gsm, 35gsm, 40gsm, 45gsm, 50gsm, and 60gsm raw base paper for lamination paper and also manufacture 60gsm, 70gsm, 73gsm, 75gsm, 80gsm, 85gsm, 90gsm, 100gsm, 110gsm raw base paper for melamine paper. If you need customized weight gram for the raw base paper, we also support customized weight gram.

Firstly, we produce the raw base paper from wood pulp, talc, kaolin, titanium dioxide, toner, and water in a suitable portion.

According to weight gram and color, we will add related raw materials into the pulper for production.

Raw base paper for melamine paper: the mixed raw material needs to be dried out 20+ times under different temperatures.

Raw base paper for finish foil: the mixed raw material is almost shaped as white base paper directly, and only once drying out. The whole production is focused on shaping, to pushing water and gas to help the raw base paper be shaped evenly raw base paper.
